Self-Service Features:
Our Hydro-Spray Integrated Self-Service equipment
packages are operated by the same PRECI$E Computer System used in our
Automatic Car Wash packages. We also have Hydro-Spray Classic Systems
that are operated by traditional bay timers and standard controls. The
computer system allows for an integrated self-service equipment package,
many times more powerful than any of the self-service equipment available
on the market with such features as BONUSTIME and MEGATIME. Our Hydro-Spray
PRECI$E Computer System eliminates the need for timers in the self-serve
bays. This makes changing such things as number of coins to start or time
per coin as simple as pressing a button in your equipment room, simultaneously
changing each bay in a matter of seconds. It also provides the same level
of control as our Automatic over such functions as process water temperature
and weep. The system also provides secure and accurate resettable and
non-resettable coin counts for each bay of self-service. Hydro-Spray self-service
packages come in versatile two and three bay modules. They include a chemical
service module with a presoak tank and pump and stainless steel solution
tanks for detergent and wax. The pumps and motors are mounted on the modules
in such a way as to insure easy maintenance access. Optional low-pressure
functions such as tire cleaner, foaming brush, and weep are provided on
the same module to provide a complete integrated system. Our self-service
comes standard with CAT belt-driven pumps with a 3-phase 5 H.P. motor
and cold water rinse feature.
