A programmable logic controller controlled by ambient temperature, the ability to monitor certain inputs and to provide customized output control to pre-designed fluid/air solenoid arrangement. The combination of air and anti-freeze mixture purges the fluid filled lines free of freezable liquids. Equipped with Fail Safe Protection City Water Weep , should power fail, air compressors fail, system component fail or simply run out of anti-freeze the SubZero system will detect anyone of these failures, enable Fail Safe Protection and better yet SubZero will automatically detect when the failure is resolved and continue its normal operation.
