It's no secret that two wash arms clean faster than one, but what good is speed if the car isn't clean? Using a single high pressure pump station, the BayWash G2's Dual Wash Towers apply Tunnel Clean Technology to process up to 20 cars per hour. This allows the G2 to deliver a quality of wash that will get your customers to try extra services and come back week after week.

Washing cars pays off

Clearfield – It’s a fact that cars get dirty, and it’s the opinion of Cliff Reed III and Matt Norris that they know the best way to clean them off. Reed and Norris, both 31 and friends since high school, serve as president and vice president of Hydro-Spray Wash Systems, a company employing 16 people producing automatic and self-serve car wash equipment.

The twosome had separate businesses before merging operations in 2004, after purchasing Hydro-Spray and relocating it from Ohio. Reed is in charge of the management, sales and marketing, and Norris handles mechanical research and development of new products as well as service.

“The Hydro-Spray name was once one of the foremost brands in the industry,” Reed said. “We have a strong belief in the product, and we see a great potential for nurturing the company back to greatness.”

Reed and Norris are excited for the future, as they see innovations in eco-conscious equipment as potential boons to the business.

“Green equipment will use less water and energy, allowing facilities managers to keep costs down and consumers to keep their cars clean and healthy in an environmentally friendly way,” Reed said. “It’s so important for us to let people know that using a professional car wash helps support the community and protect the environment.”
