Hot Water: The Paloma Water Heating System is designed to handle one Rainmaker Automatic Wash Bay. Hydro-Spray systems include three Paloma instant fire heaters, circulating pump, solenoids, relief valves, gas and water line manifolds. Paloma heaters give you the ability to stage fire heaters on demand, based on water temperature needs. Each additional Paloma will supply hot water for two bays of self service. Note: Vent stack not included, requires additional stage fire controller or temp option with PLC controls.

Hot Water: Each Raypack Hot Water Boiler comes prewired, with necessary heat exchanges, mechanical modulating gas valves and pressure release valves. Requires 175 gal. ASME-Certified hot water storage tank. (Tank sold separately.) De-Ice System: Package boiler assembly consisting of a standard Model T Hodronic Heating Boiler plus RayPak Air-X-Tank, pump, temperature/pressure guage, and air vent, pump relay with main power switch.

Water Softening


Use of a water treatment system is a must if you want clean cars. Soft water makes chemical products work better, improves sudsing/cleaning action, prolongs equipment life and reduces maintenance. The Twin systems alternate on demand and are designed to provide soft water 24 hours a day.

The DCS1 Series Control Features: - Top mounted lightweight corrosive-resistant Noryl construction. - Regenerations are initiated by a state-of-the-art fully programmable electronic controller which is incorporated with a 2" self-cleaning turbine meter.

The TCR Series Control Features: - Top mounted solid brass valve with motor driven piston. - Regenerations are initiated by a mechanical 2" brass meter

Water Treatment


Use of a water treatment system is a must if you want clean cars. All components are wired to the Control Box. If you have more than 1 pumping station, we recommend another Low Limit Float Switch Assembly. These Low Limit Float Assemblies will make sure that there is water in the pumping station holding tank so that if any of the equipment involved with delivering the water to the Pumping station fails, there will always be water for the pumping station pump.
